The Vendor Client Relationship – in real world situations

I hesitate posting this on our blog in fear that customers might see it… But at the same time I really wish that all our customers were forced to watch it. The truth is, most of our customers aren’t like this at all. I guess we are lucky. But it isn’t uncommon for people in our industry to be treated this way. It is ironic to see this vendor/client relationship applied to other industries. You really get an idea of how silly it is when tried at a restaurant, or video store.
